Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after they are placed.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days

We offer multiple shipping options through USPS

  • Ground Shipping – $5.00
  • Priority Shipping – $9.75
  • Local Pickup (at our shop) – FREE
  • Free Shipping on all orders over $50.00

In-Store Availability & Pickup

In-Store Pickup

  • Most items are available for in-store pickup at our shop.
  • Orders for in-store pickup are typically ready within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

On Display In-Store

  • Some products are on display in-store for customers to view before purchasing.
  • If a different variant of a product is on display, it will be labeled as “Variant on Display In-Store.”
  • In-store display availability does not guarantee stock for immediate purchase. Please check with our team or order online to ensure availability.

Returns & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Perishable goods

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at nathaniel.winkler@gmail.com. We will provide return instructions, including the return address. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at nathaniel.winkler@gmail.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the defect.
  • If your exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Sale Items

Refunds for sale items will be issued at the sale price paid at checkout.
