Hammered Rustic Pull

DIMENSIONS:

The total projection is about 1″ to 1.5″ depending on size selected. Clearance is about .75″- 1.25″ from cabinet face. Length measurements vary by approximately .25″ and are based on hole center to center measurements. All dimensions vary slightly as these are hand forged items. Price is per piece.

Standard thickness of material used is as follows in either round or square steel:

• 4-6″ = 1/4″
• 7-9″ = 3/8″
• 10″+ = 1/2″

If you would like different thicknesses used, or would like a size not listed just message me! I’m happy to customize your pulls to your specifications. PATINA SCREWS INCLUDED. (Pilot holes must be drilled prior to mounting.)

Items are hand made using reclaimed material and traditional blacksmithing techniques, therefore no two are exactly the same. Small variations in dimensions and shape may be present in each piece. Items may vary from photos slightly. These variations only add to the unique beauty of each piece, and are a testament to their authenticity as hand forged items.

If you have pre-drilled holes in your cabinets these will not work as each one varies in size. No jigs can be used when mounting. Seller not responsible for damage to mounting surfaces.

BRUSHED STEEL FINISH:

This is a brushed steel satin finish that goes well with both modern and rustic decor. It is not a high shine, factory gloss kind of look. Some forge scale will be present. While it does have a slight shine, it is not polished steel. It is however wonderfully unique, and offers a truly handmade feel that you can’t find with mass produced items. After wire brushing, I add a no VOC clear coat which provides a barrier to help prevent corrosion and bring out the natural beauty of the hand worked metal. (For outdoor use, message me BEFORE ordering to add a coat of spar urethane.)

OIL BLACKENED FINISH:

This satin black finish allows the texture and forge work in the steel to come through, whereas paint covers the natural beauty of the hand worked texture of the steel and is prone to chipping. We use an oxidation process that provides an extra layer of corrosion protection while offering a deeper, more authentic blacksmith finish.

BRASS BRUSHED FINISH:

This finish is achieved by heating the steel and brushing using a real brass bristle brush. The brass integrates with the steel creating a very durable and amazingly beautiful gold brushed look.
